How to Care for Snoozer Pillows and Pillowcases

Of course it is possible to wash our SNOOZER Body Pillows, yet we do not recommend doing so on a regular basis. Before you resort to washing it, try putting the whole pillow in the dryer (pillowcase removed) with a fabric softener sheet for about 20-30 minutes on medium. This will push warm air through the product, remove any moisture, and help fluff the pillow. (We have found that including a couple of new tennis balls can help with the "fluffing" process.) If you do this once or twice a month your pillow will stay fresh and perform better for years to come.

When it is necessary to wash the pillow here is what we recommend:

  1. Wash the pillow by itself on the gentle cycle in cold water with a mild detergent. (DO NOT use chlorine or any other harsh abrasive cleaners.)

  2. Make sure the spin cycle has completely finished before transferring the pillow to the dryer.

  3. Place the pillow in the dryer, once again by itself, and use a medium to medium-high setting.

  4. As stated above the addition of 2-3 new tennis balls may help with the fluffing and drying process. Please use your discretion with this, given the constraints and abilities of some dryer models.

  5. Make sure the pillow is thoroughly dry before removing it for use.

  6. Manually fluff the pillow and replace the pillowcase before next use.

Pillowcase Care and Maintenance

  1. Remove pillowcase from pillow.

  2. Wash in warm water with similar colors.

  3. Use a mild, non-chlorine, based detergent to prevent discoloration or degradation of fabric.

  4. Dry on medium heat.
