Energy is a life
force and is the source of human health and vitality. It is the biological
energy driving, nourishing and regulating all living matter. It is the
source of movement and transformation, protecting and warming our bodies and

As living beings we

electrical energy. This energy is then stored in the cell's nucleus. The
cell battery is now charged with energy.
Only 50% of the
energy stored in cells is available to the body for maintaining vital body
functions, as well as mental and physical activities. The other 50% is in
fact required by the cell itself to maintain its own life. Every cell of the
body can be compared with a normal battery. The cell is positively charged
at the outer wall and negatively charged on the inside of the cell wall.
Healthy cells have an electrical charge of 70millivolt (mV).
A Cause of Slow Metabolism
Fatigued, poorly
nourished and worn out cells have a lower membrane charge of only 30mV,
which is insufficient to transport nutrients into the cell, eventually
resulting in cell death. While these worn out cells are dying, energy rich
cells are dividing to form new cells to fill up the void. However as we get
older, less energy rich cells exist to fill the void.As a result all
functions including metabolism, slow down. Less energy in turn is being
produced for maintaining the body, and protecting the body against disease
while trying to repair any damage or injury. Not surprisingly then the older
we get, the more prone we are to the risk of getting ill and contracting
disease.
How to Increase Metabolism
The key to
supporting longer cell life, thereby increasing metabolism, is to increase
the membrane potential of a cell. This can be done by using its own
bioelectrical and electromagnetic fields. These energy fields are created by
muscle movement, blood circulation, exercising and mental activities.
One way to increase metabolism is
