How Unique Stuff Heat Packs Work

Unique Stuff Heat Packs are a unique thermal-generating product that utilizes phase-change technology to create an instant heat source that is ready when you are. The phase change substance within the hot pack can be changed repeatedly from an amorphous (formless) to a crystalline state. The simple press of a “button” starts the unique, instant crystallization process, producing a soothing therapeutic heat for 30 to 90 minutes, depending on the size of the hot pack and the insulation used. After use, the spent heat pack can be recharged by simply placing it in hot water and following the instructions printed below.

Unique Stuff Heat Packs are made of a soft, pliable, latex-free plastic that will heat to 130°F in 10-15 seconds. They are nontoxic, using FDA Approved Sodium Acetate (food grade) and water. The portable hot packs are cordless, requiring no batteries or electricity to activate. The edges are heat sealed, and no scent or sound is emitted upon activation or use. They can be used over and over again and have an unlimited shelf and use life. They do not need to be discarded unless damaged. Unique Stuff Heat Packs are protected under US Patent # 4,899,727 and foreign patents.

NOTE: It is always recommended to use an insulating wrap or towel when using a thermal product to help maintain and extend the produced heat as well as protect sensitive users.

TO ACTIVATE:

Firmly press and release activator button.

Solution will instantly begin to crystallize and produce heat.

Squeeze pack back and forth until soft.

DO NOT LET PACK FREEZE.

TO REACTIVATE:

Put in boiling water.

Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Remove and cool to room temperature before using.

* PROTECT FROM FREEZING. DO NOT MICROWAVE *

Use to -20 degree F, but do not store below -20 degree F.

Unique Stuff Reusable Heat Packs are available in a variety of sizes to treat any location on your body where a hot pack would be desirable. It can even be used to warm baby bottles.

Unique Stuff Heat Pack Lifetime Warranty

The manufacturer's standard lifetime warranty covers manufacturer defects that prevent heat packs from crystallizing and heating as advertised, and the warranty is limited to replacement of defective heat packs. The warranty does not not cover product failure resulting from improper use, failure to adhere to activating and reactivating instructions, improper storage of product, or negligence on the part of the consumer.

WHAT IS NOT COVERED:

Improper use.
Failure to adhere to activating and reactivating instructions.
Improper storage of product (not in a cool area).
Negligence or accidental damaged such as puncture damage, boiling too long or shipping damage.
Using accessories that are not manufactured by UNIQUE STUFF, INC. and that damage the product.
Microwaving or freezing heat pack.
