Suggested Usage

For general health maintenance, mix (1) one heaping teaspoon of Edible Earth in an 8 oz glass of spring water or juice and drink once daily. Dosage for small children is 1/2 teaspoon per 50lbs of bodyweight.Edible Earth is best taken on an empty stomach, preferably in the morning or late evening, or at least 2 hours between meals. Adequate intake of fresh water is vital due to the absorptive nature of this product.
