How Shipping Costs Are Determined

Shipping is calculated based on the weight of items, the dimensional size of the box and the delivery address postal code. You have the opportunity to view shipping charges before you finalize your order. Standard FedEx Ground Shipping

We ship packages to the contiguous USA via FedEx Monday through Friday ONLY (we are closed Saturday and Sunday). Orders shipped to residences are delivered Tuesday through Saturday. Orders shipped to business addresses are delivered Monday through Friday.

FedEx Express Shipping

We must receive FedEx Express orders by 11:30AM PST to ship the same day.

Express shipments include 2-day, 3-day and overnight delivery to the contiguous USA only. If you ship to the contiguous USA, the available FedEx options and price for each option will display after you enter your billing and shipping information (but before you enter your credit card info). Express Delivery is not available on weekends or holidays. If you need a Saturday delivery, call us at 866-875-4386 for special delivery pricing and destination availability.

NON Contiguous USA Shipping

Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, APO/FPO, Post Office Boxes and Canada orders are shipped via USPS Priority or Express Mail.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Non-USA customers please be aware that destination duties and taxes may be applicable and are solely your responsibility. We cannot mark your item(s) as a gift or reduce the value of it to help you avoid duties and taxes because it is against US regulations to inaccurately report the value of an exported item.
