All Sprite® Shower Filters use energy-saver heads and patented Chlorgon® with KDF filtration media. Chlorgon, a non-carbon media, removes more chlorine at a wider temperature range than any other shower filtration media (not to be used for drinking water because of the taste). The Chlorgon® with KDF filtration media removes the following from your shower and bath water:
- Free Chlorine (CI)
- Combined Chlorine (Sodium Hypochlorite)
- Chlorinated Hydrocarbons and Vapors
- Hydrogen Sulfide (Rotten Egg Odor)
- Iron Oxide (Rust Water)
- Traces of Heavy Metals like Lead, Arsenic, Aluminum, Mercury and Cadmium
- Dirt, Sediment and Other Odors
And Sprite Shower Filters balance the water's pH. Additionally, KDFTM inhibits the growth of E-coli, mold, bacteria and other impurities. As a result of bathing in purer, chlorine-free water, you may notice:

Sprite Slim-Line ABS Plastic Shower Filter
The Slim-Line Shower Filter housing is designed for smaller showers where head room is at a premium. The shower head offers a gradient of different sprays, including pulse massage. Features include:
- A swivel ball in the showerhead allows you to adjust the spray direction at a finger's touch.
- Polypropylene plastic housing unscrews in half for easy cartridge replacement
- The filtration cartridge uses patented Chlorgon, a non-carbon media used to remove more chlorine at a wider temperature range than any other, making it especially effective in hot showers.
- The cartridge life rating is six months or 10,000 gallons, whichever comes first.
Sprite Slim-Line with Oxygenics Showerhead
The Slim-Line with Oxygenics shower head accelerates, oxygenates and energizes the water flow, giving you the greatest showering sensation ever achieved with the added benefits of water savings. When the Oxygenics is combined with the Slim-Line Shower Filter (featured above), which removes harmful impurities in the water, like chlorine, heavy metals and hydrocarbons, your shower experience is enhanced significantly. By filtering out the impurities in your shower water, you remove the toxic ingredients that have been linked to dry skin, hair loss, breathing problems and allergies.
The Slim-Line housing was chosen to be combined with the Oxygenics shower head because its smaller size better accommodates the longer Oxygenics head. That is desirable especially in smaller showers where room is at a premium, although the Oxygenics Shower Head will also work with the longer High Output Shower.
