Below are detailed instructions about how to navigate InspiredLiving.com
to find and order products and complete the shopping process. If you
prefer, you can call us toll free at 866-875-4386 for
assistance or to place your order on the phone (US and Canada ONLY, all
others kindly use our direct line 503-537-0636).
Shop as a Guest,
Register a New Account or Log in to Your Account
Shop as a Guest
You may choose not to create an account and shop as a guest, however,
by doing so you will not have access to your order history, quick reordering
from past orders or setting up multiple shipping addresses.
Register a New Account
When you register a new account, you store all the details needed
for checkout: name, phone numbers, email address, billing address
and one or more shipping addresses to save time whenever you
order from InspiredLiving.com. Also, by creating an account, you
will have access to your order history, quick reordering from past
orders and setting up multiple shipping addresses.
Log in to Your Account
You can log in to your account before you start shopping
by clicking the [LOGIN
(RETURNING USER] button from the left-sidebar
menu or wait until after you have finished shopping and started the
checkout process, in which case, you will automatically be directed
to the Login screen.
Find
Products to Order
There are four ways to find a product:
Product Catalog
The InspiredLiving.com home page lists
products by categories, subcategories and brands, and, in
some cases,
by application, technology
and problem. You can reach the home page by clicking the [PRODUCT
CATEGORIES] from the
main top menu that appears on every page or clicking
here.
Search InspiredLiving.com Website
To search the InspiredLiving.com website, select the [SEARCH
WEBSITE]
option from the main top menu, [GET HELP] option
or clicking here. You can enter
a word or phrase that best describes the name or type of product
you want, and the search feature will search our entire web site
for that term, then display a list of pages that match your search
criteria. When you find the page you want, click on the hyperlinked
page name.
Main Left Sidebar Menu
The same upper top menu appears
on every page. If you see a small right-arrow to the right
of the menu listing, it means that when you place the cursor over the
menu item, a sub-category menu will appear. From the upper menu, you
can access every product category and subcategory in the website.
Category Subtopic Top Menu
Once you have landed on a product
category home page, you will see a top-menu just under the
category name. The top-menu applies only to the category and includes
product subcategories and supporting information, if available, related
to that category.
Add Products
to Shopping Cart
NOTE: If you added items to your shopping
cart and they were not saved, check to verify that cookies are enabled
in your web browser. For more information and help enabling cookies,
click
here. If you are having problems or want to place your order
by phone, call us toll free at 866-875-4386.
There are
two main ways to add product(s) to the shopping Cart: 1) Add the product(s)
from the product pages, or 2) Add products from a previous order.
Add Products from the Product Pages
There are two types of product pages in this website:
1) A Category Overview page that lists all products available for that
category, from which you can place an order for as many products on
that page as you want by clicking the [ADD TO CART] button
only once, and 2) Product pages, each of which lists details for a
specific product within that particular category, and from which you
can order that product and its options.
DO NOT CLICK THE [ADD TO CART] BUTTON TWICE OR YOU WILL
DOUBLE YOUR ORDER. But if you accidentally do, you can
fix the duplicate quantity order by changing the quantity field
in the shopping cart and clicking the [RECALCULATE] button.
You can also delete shopping cart items by clicking the [DELETE] button
next to
the item.
NOTE: If you return to a page from which you had
previously added
products and see another product you want to add, be sure to clear
the quantity fields by refreshing the page -- hold down the [CTRL]
key while clicking your computer's refresh icon -- BEFORE you click
the [Add to Cart] button, otherwise all items with a value in the quantity
field will be added again.
Add Products from a Previous Order
You must be logged in to use this feature (see Login above).
Click the [ORDER HISTORY] button
at the top of the shopping cart pages, or the
[REORDER FROM ORDER HISTORY] option
from the left-sidebar menu. A list of your previous orders will display.
To see the individual items purchased,
click the sales receipt number link. To return to the Order History
page, use your computer [BACK] button. To add all items
on a particular order, click the [REORDER] button.
If you need to delete or change the quantity of an item, you can do so in
the shopping cart.
Enter Discount Voucher Code
Periodically we issue a Discount Voucher Code for special sales
on our website. The discount may be a percentage or a dollar amount off
your total
order. If you have been given a Discount Voucher Code, enter the code
in the Enter Discount Voucher Code field located on the Shopping Cart
page, just below the [EMPTY CART] button, then
Click the [SUBMIT] button to apply the discount value to your order.
Checkout Process
Once you have selected all the products you wish to order, you can begin
the checkout process, which consists of five (5) steps:
Step 1 - Determine Shipping Country and State
The shopping cart has been customized to handle the various shipping
needs of customers in the USA, its territories and military
bases and Canada. In order for the shopping cart to select the correct
shipping method the following
Country and State fields are required.
Select Shipping Country
Select United States of America if you are shipping
to any state in the USA or a Guam, Virgin Islands, Puerto
Rico, APO or FPO address.
Select Canada if you are shipping to any province
in Canada.
International Customers (optional for Canadian orders) must
use a Bongo shipping address. if you do not have one. Once you receive your Bongo
account, select United States of America for Country and Connecticut
for State.
Select Shipping State - United States and Canada
customer should select the state, province or APO/FPO destination from
the drop-down box.
Shipping to a PO Box? If shipping to a United States
Post Office Box is your only form of receiving a shipment, click YES
(not used by Bongo customers).
Step 2 - Click [Secure Checkout] Button
Click the [Secure Checkout] button
to start the checkout process, which opens a page where you can log
in to your account, register a new account or shop as a guest.
If you log in, the billing and shipping
fields will be populated with your information. You can also click
the [Login] button from either the left-sidebar
menu or the top-menu to log in to your account.
If you register a new account, after saving the information you
will be returned to the Checkout screen. You can also click the [REGISTER] button
from either the left-sidebar menu or the top-menu to register a new
account.
If you shop as a guest,
you will be asked to enter your billing and shipping information. If
you choose to shop as a guest, you will not have access to your order
history, quick reordering from past orders or setting up multiple shipping
addresses.
Optional Fields on Checkout Page
Comment / Gift Certificate Message: This field
can be used for a message to us about your order, for a message you
want us to add to the packing slip if you are sending a gift to another
person, or to enter a message you want us to add to a Gift Certificate you
purchased.
Shipping Instructions: If you want the package left on the porch
or in a box on the porch or some other special shipping information
we need to know, enter it in this field.
Shipping Phone Number: If shipping to a different address from the
billing address, enter the shipping phone number that we could use
if there is a problem with shipping.
Required Delivery Signature?: We normally do not
require a signature
when shipments are received, unless you specifically
ask for this option. If so, select YES for signature required.
If all the contact, billing and shipping information is correct, click [SUBMIT] button
to continue with the checkout process. In the next step you will pick
your shipping option.
Step 3 - Select a Shipping Option
Based on your shipping location, either your FedEx or USPS shipping
options and the prices will display. Select the shipping option you
prefer,
then click the [CONTINUE] button. In the next
step, you can verify your order, then choose your method of payment.

NOTE: If you get an error on the Shipping Options
page -- something like, FedEx
rates not available -- it is because you entered the wrong country
and/or state in Step 1 - Determine Shipping Country and State. Click
[View Cart] from the left-sidebar menu or top-menu to return to your
shopping cart and enter the correct information, then continue with
the checkout process.
Step 4 - Verify Your Order
The items you ordered, billing and shipping information and the total
including shipping and any discounts are displayed for your review. Please
verify that all the information is correct. If it is not, use
your browser's [BACK] button and make the necessary changes.
Step 5 - Enter Payment Details
After
you have verified that the information is correct, determine how you
want to pay for your purchase. Your options are:
Pay by Gift or Credit Certificate
When you select Gift/Credit Certificate, the Paying with Gift or Credit
Certificate box will display immediately below this option. Enter the
Gift or Credit Certificate Code you received via email in the box and
press the [RECALCULATE] button. The gift
certificate amount will be deduct from your order total, allowing you
to pay any remaining balance via credit card or PayPal. If your gift
or credit certificate
amount is larger than your order, you can use the balance on a future
order by using the same gift or credit certificate
code.
Pay by Credit Card
When you select Credit Card, pick the
type of card you have -- Visa, Mastercard, American Express or Discover
-- then enter the credit card number, expiration date and security
card code. Be careful to click the [SUBMIT] button
only once so you don't charge your credit card twice. But if you do,
call us toll free at 866-875-4386 immediately so we can void the duplicate
order.
Denied Credit Cards - If your credit card was denied,
usually a reason is provided, such a "The credit card number is invalid".
Make sure you have entered all of the digits correctly. Typical problems
include:
- An incorrect credit card number.
- An incorrect credit card security
code.
- The wrong credit card expiration date.
- The billing address does not match the billing address on file
with your credit card company.
- The billing name does not match the name on file with your credit
card company.
If your credit card was denied, here are options to fixing the problem:
Use
your computer [BACK] button to return to the Order
Verification page and take a moment to verify that all the credit
card information was entered correctly. If the problem is with the
credit card information entered, correct it and resubmit the order.
If the problem is with the billing information, while on the Order
Verification page, click your computer's [BACK] button
two more times to return to the Checkout page where you can correct
the information, then resubmit your order.
If this error continues to occur, it may indicate that the merchant's
authorization network is currently down. You may try again later or
go back and choose a different method of payment.
If you would rather place your order by telephone, call us toll free
at 866-875-4386. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8:00am
to 4:00pm Pacific Coast Time.
Pay by PayPal
When you select PayPal, the Paying by Credit
Card box will disappear. Click the [SUBMIT] button
to link to PayPal and log in to your PayPal account to pay for
your purchase.
Pay by Credit Card and Fax Order
When you select Fax Order, the Paying
by Credit Card box will disappear. Click the [SUBMIT] button
to get a printable version of your order that you can print from your
computer. Write your credit card number, expiration date and security
card code on the order page and fax it to our 24-hour fax line
at 503-554-0840.
Mail Payment
When you select Mail Order, the Paying
by Credit Card box will disappear. Click the [SUBMIT] button
to get a printable version of your order that you can print from your
computer. Mail your check or money order (or write your
credit card number, expiration date and security
card code on the order page), and mail your order to InspiredLiving.com,
PO Box 388, Dundee OR 97115. Make checks payable to InspiredLiving.com.
When you click the final [SUBMIT] button, your order is complete and
you are taken to the Thank You page, where you can print your order
on your local printer. You will also receive an email confirmation of
the order, provided you entered a valid email address. Please add http://www.inspiredliving.com
to your spam white list so you can receive your email confirmation,
as well as the order shipping confirmation email.
Updating Account Information
If you need to change your password, email address, phone numbers, billing
or shipping information, or add additional shipping addresses, click
the
[UPDATE INFO] options from the left-sidebar
or top-menu.
